What we build

Full-stack systems,
sector-tuned.

One senior team owns the whole build — architecture, delivery and the long-run operation of every system we ship.

01

Bespoke CRMs

Case management, lead pipelines, document automation and client portals — built around your workflow rather than squeezed into someone else's. Role-based access, full audit trails, and migration from your current system handled end to end.

PipelinesClient portalsAudit trailsMigration
02

Marketing engines

Landing systems, multi-brand funnels and real-time lead routing. Every enquiry is tracked from first click to signed retainer, with source-level attribution across paid social and search, and spend visibility your finance team can rely on.

FunnelsAttributionLead routingSpend tracking
03

Integrations & automation

Identity verification, e-signature, payments, telephony and fraud screening — wired together with resilient queues, retries and webhooks that don't drop data. If a provider goes down at 2am, your pipeline queues and recovers on its own.

04

Data & compliance

Warehousing, reporting and regulator-ready exports. GDPR by design, retention policies enforced in code rather than in policy documents, and dashboards your compliance team will actually open on a Monday morning.

Case study

From spreadsheet chaos to 4,000 cases a month.

A national consumer-claims firm came to us running intake across three spreadsheets, a generic CRM and a shared inbox. Leads were double-handled, attribution was guesswork, and compliance reporting took a week each month.

We replaced it with a single bespoke platform: multi-brand landing funnels feeding one routing engine, identity and fraud checks at the point of capture, automated LOA generation and e-signature, and live dashboards for the leadership team. Delivered in nine weeks, operated by us since.

They rebuilt our entire intake pipeline without a day of downtime. The reporting alone paid for the project inside a quarter.

How we ship

From scoping call to production in weeks.

No discovery theatre, no six-month roadmaps. A senior engineer is in the first call, and you see working software in the first fortnight.

Start the conversation
01

Discovery

We map your workflow, data and integrations. You get a technical specification and a fixed price — not a sales deck.

02

Architecture

Schema, infrastructure and security model designed for scale and audit from day one, reviewed with your team before a line is written.

03

Build

Weekly releases into a staging environment you can click through. No black-box development, no surprises at handover.

04

Integrate

ID checks, e-signature, telephony, payments and your existing tools — wired, tested and monitored before anything goes live.

05

Launch & run

Zero-downtime cutover, data migrated, team trained. Then we operate, monitor and keep improving it — most clients stay for years.

Who we build for

Two regulated sectors, deep fluency.

We don't generalise. Everything we ship is shaped by the rules, rhythms and edge cases of legal and financial services work.

Ways of working

Three ways to engage us.

Every engagement starts with a scoped build. Most clients then keep us on to run, monitor and evolve what we shipped.

What clients say

Judged on outcomes.

We'd outgrown two CRMs in three years. NextGenTools built us one we'll never outgrow — it just bends to whatever the business needs next.

The routing engine paid for itself in the first month. We finally know exactly what every lead costs and where every retainer came from.

They talk compliance as fluently as they talk code. Our FCA audit prep went from three weeks of panic to an afternoon of exports.

Common questions

Before you ask.

How long does a typical build take?

Most platforms go from first call to production in six to twelve weeks depending on scope. You'll see working software in a staging environment from week two — we don't disappear for months and return with a reveal.

Do you work with our existing CRM or replace it?

Either. Some clients need a bespoke platform built from scratch; others need their current system integrated, extended or gradually migrated away from. We'll recommend the cheapest path that actually solves the problem — sometimes that's not a full rebuild.

Who owns the code and the data?

You do, outright. Source code, infrastructure and data all sit in accounts you control. If we part ways, you keep everything — including documentation good enough for another team to take over.

How do you handle GDPR and FCA requirements?

Compliance is designed in, not bolted on: UK data residency, retention policies enforced in code, full audit trails, role-based access and regulator-ready exports. We've built for SRA-regulated firms, FCA-authorised businesses and their introducer networks.

What does it cost?

Builds are fixed-price and scoped up front, so there are no surprise invoices. As a rough guide, focused integrations start in the low five figures; full platform builds vary with complexity. You'll have a number before any work starts.

Can you take over a system another agency built?

Yes — rescue work is a meaningful share of what we do. We'll audit what exists, stabilise the urgent risks, then either evolve it or plan an orderly migration. No judgement, no drama.

Got a system in your head that doesn't exist yet?

Tell us what's broken about your current stack. We'll come back with an architecture, a timeline and a fixed price — usually within a day.
